This coming Sunday 24th November is our free community class held at the Balmoral Rotunda at 8am .
Please Wear layers for breeze or sun protection and bring a towel to place between your mat and the ground
This months teacher is Robin Hyett. Robin aims to provide newcomers to Hatha yoga with a sense of acceptance, self-belief, and inner calm through relaxation. She brings a warm, compassionate approach and understanding of foundation poses, alignment and breath awareness. Emphasis is placed on safety and attention to student’s wellbeing. She is eager to share her knowledge of the benefits of yoga with the community.
Please bring a large beach towel to place under your mat for this months class.
If it’s been raining please check back to our website mosmanyoga.com for an update, as the class won't go ahead if the ground is too wet.
Only 4 weeks left until the end of term
A reminder to all students who have purchased a term pass - that make up classes need to be completed before the end of this term. You are welcome to attend any class just give the teacher a call before hand. Encourage friends and family who have not experienced a yoga class at the Co-op to come along before the end of Term 4 and try a yoga class for free! All teachers are inviting new students to experience the beauty and benefits of practicing yoga. Please just contact the teacher to let them know before you attend.

These monthly sessions will take you into deep states of stillness and open-ness, weaving sound, light, prana and visualisation together.
There is nothing you need to do; no postures, no effort, no getting it right or wrong. Your journey is one of learning to open out, let go - and for two hours you get to practise these much needed arts in a safe and loving environment.
Let the tightness, resistance, fending, protecting and reacting of the past month to all melt away, leaving you free and refreshed. Enjoy improved sleep patterns and all the benefits that can bring; improved immune function, cardiovascular function, glandular regulation, pain management and weight loss - to name a few.
If you have stress in your life, then these sessions will be a beautiful nectar for you.

Farewell to Nicolette
We wish Nicolette and her husband Steve all the very best as they prepare for the birth of their baby next year. Nicolette will be taking a break at the end of this term and will return to teaching at the co-op late next year. Her classes will continue with Robin and Suzy teaching.
